Warning: Metro Delivery Scam
Got one of these door hangers from Metro Delivery on your door? These started showing up in Circle C in Austin. Be careful: it's a well-documented internet scam--you'll receive no correspondence or package, just a pile of worthless coupons--and you'll have to divulge a bunch of personal information.
It's seems like marketing just keeps on taking that slow slide down in decency and flirting with the illegal. Shame.
My new home in Wells Branch actually got robbed days after one of these Metro Delivery things was left at my doorstep. I'm 99% sure that whoever dropped it off was the person or persons who broke into my home. Scary stuff.
